Continuous Pre-Cooking and Batch Sterilisation

This process which was developed and refined by Haarslev Industries combines the advantages of two common known processes.

First the continuous operation and high evaporative capacity in a disc cooker and then the well defined sterilisation time and temperature profile in batch sterilisers.

Other advantages are low requirement on particle size prior to cooking and good pressability.
