Service is provided by seasoned Haarslev professionals, who will advise you, implement service initiatives, and make sure you have the parts you need, when you need them.
Every piece of Haarslev equipment comes with a 12-month warranty. During these 12 months, you’re covered for repairs, replacements and any other costs associate with the defective item.*
To safeguard the integrity of your line throughout the service life of its various components, we recommend supplementing our standard warranty with a customized Care Agreement, which comes into force when the warranty period ends.* Our 12-month warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or ordinary wear and tear.
When your line runs into unexpected trouble, our Emergency Team is there to help, responding around the clock 365 days a year to deal with any problems you may run into.

We keep a comprehensive supply of parts in stock, and we ship them quickly to your location, wherever it may be. Our experts will advise you on exactly which parts you’ll want to keep on hand at your own facility, and help with any other questions you may have.
Depending on the Agreement Package you’ve chosen, we perform an inspection of your line at regular intervals. We’ll assess your equipment, make sure we understand your processes, and pinpoint the challenges you’re facing.
Based on the insights we gain, we’ll advise you on how best to minimize costly downtime, reduce your maintenance costs, and improve the performance of your line. Each Site Inspection concludes with a written report detailing our findings, conclusions and recommendations.

We can help keep your equipment in top working order, preventing unexpected downtime and unnecessary extra costs. If your Care Agreement includes Scheduled Maintenance & Refurbishing coverage, we’ll cover the cost of any required repairs, as long as you’ve followed our equipment maintenance recommendations.
